Terms of Service

These terms govern use of SchoolCore ERP by ITXPERTS. By using the service, a school or authorised user agrees to use it lawfully and follow these terms.

School responsibility

The school is responsible for accurate records, user access, lawful notices, and obtaining consent where required. Schools must keep administrator credentials secure and must not use the service to send unlawful, misleading or unwanted communications.

WhatsApp Cloud API

WhatsApp messaging is provided through Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Schools must use approved templates, follow Meta’s business and messaging policies, maintain recipient opt-in, and honour opt-out requests. Message delivery depends on Meta and the recipient’s network.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, access another school’s tenant, upload malicious content, or use SchoolCore ERP to violate privacy, education, communications or other applicable laws.

Service and changes

We may update features, security controls and these terms to improve the service or meet legal requirements. We will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms.
