SchoolCore ERP helps schools manage admissions, students, fees, attendance, examinations and communications. This policy explains how SchoolCore ERP by ITXPERTS collects and uses information when you use our website or school services.

Information we handle

We may handle account details, school and student records, contact details, payment and attendance information, support requests, and technical information needed to secure and operate the service.

WhatsApp communications

When a school enables the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API, messages are sent only to eligible recipients with the school’s recorded opt-in and approved WhatsApp templates. We use Meta’s platform to deliver messages and receive delivery statuses. We do not use WhatsApp Web, QR automation, scraping or unofficial APIs.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure SchoolCore ERP, deliver school-requested notifications, process support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Access is restricted by school tenant and user permissions. Sensitive integration credentials are encrypted. Records are retained for the period required by the school or applicable law and securely deleted when no longer needed.

Your choices

Recipients can ask their school to stop WhatsApp messages or revoke consent. For privacy requests, contact noreply@schoolcoreerp.in.
